Team consists of staff and associates who bring the right
level of experience and expertise to the Company, allowing
ELR Consulting to meet our client’s needs!
Mr. Richards has overall responsibility for the
Company, including establishment of Company strategic
planning, business planning, and day-to-day operations.
He brings more than 30 years of experience to the
Company. His background includes analytical and
research radiological laboratory services, safeguards
& security and emergency preparedness, information
management (records management, document control,
configuration management, change control, etc.),
quality assurance, and management of diverse and
technically challenging projects and project personnel.
He was the manager for Stone & Webster Engineering
Corporation’s Richland Washington Office for
seven years; he was the vice president for business
development for COGEMA Engineering, Richland; Technical
manager for WASTREN, Inc.’s Germantown Maryland,
Aiken South Carolina, and Richland Washington offices;
and supported TechnoGeneral Services Company, an
8(a) HUBZone company to grow from 1.5 full-time
equivalents to over 15 FTEs in a short 14 months.
Mr. Richards brings the management experience and
knowledge of a large company; the experience in
starting up and supporting a small company; and
business relationships necessary to allow ELR Consulting
to successfully support our client’s needs.
Education:
B.A. Liberal Arts, Central Washington University
Mr. Anderson has substantial experience in the
quality assurance (QA) field, serving in various
QA capacities while working for Stone & Webster
Engineering, Lockheed Martin, and TetraTech FW
to name a few. He has experience in training personnel
to be auditors, in developing QA plans and procedures,
and in conducting QA audits and surveillances.
In addition, Mr. Anderson has experience in emergency
preparedness, procedure writing, and in training.
He brings more than 25 years of experience to
the Company.

Ms. Richards has more than 20 years of administrative/secretarial
experience in the engineering/scientific business
with more than 15 of these years in support of
directors and/or vice presidents. She has managed
other administrative and secretarial staff, is
proficient in use of computers, computer systems
and software, and in managing daily office functions.
She is trained to use QuickBooks and has managed
engineering/scientific budgets and schedules for
her corporate managers and their staff.
